Applicability of the Return Policy:

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Items must be returned in unused, original condition and packaging. Items that are used, damaged, altered, or not in resaleable condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Supporting photos or videos of the item
If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse located in Asia. The address will be provided upon approval of your request.
Return Shipping Fees:

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered), you are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost will depend on the courier you choose.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective or damaged goods), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, email support@ameliasatelier-hamptons.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue
Claims for freight damage submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for reimbursement.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request email. Exchanges depend on item availability at the time of request.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled after placement as processing begins immediately to ensure swift delivery. If you have questions about your order, email support@ameliasatelier-hamptons.com with your order details.
Incorrect Items Received:
We take great care to ship the correct items, but mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive an incorrect item:

You may choose to keep it with a partial refund, or return it for the correct item or a full refund.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial of the refund. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
