Welcome to Amelia’s Atelier Hamptons! We are committed to delivering a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please read our updated Shipping Policy to understand how and when you can expect your order. Kindly note that national holidays or unforeseen carrier delays may impact shipping times.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $80.

  • Standard shipping fees may apply to orders under $80. Any applicable fee will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Our goal is to ensure efficient delivery to all our U.S.-based customers.

Processing & Transit Times:

  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Transit Time: 6 to 10 business days (Monday–Friday)

Note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external conditions such as weather, logistics disruptions, or carrier delays.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Delivery & Tracking Information:

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment by our fulfillment team. A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment confirmation.

Changing Your Shipping Address:

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee any address changes.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses:

We do not currently offer split shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. Please place a separate order for each address. For help, feel free to reach out to our team.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your package arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier and ensure a fair resolution.
